At present, the competition has a high international influence. Among domestic universities, it is one of the large-scale warm-up, postgraduate guarantee, comprehensive assessment, innovative scholarship and other evaluation competitions for the US competition.
Competition Features 1: It has become the third competition in the mathematical modeling industry after the National Competition and the US Competition, and has a high influence at home and abroad. It has been promoted by many universities and even listed as a national-level competition selection competition, and has a high influence at home and abroad.
Competition Feature 2: The competition questions are divided into two types: MCM and ICM. It is the only international mathematical modeling competition in China that is exactly the same as the US competition. The competition questions are relatively open. MCM is the mathematical modeling competition, focusing on mathematics, science and engineering. , ICM is an interdisciplinary subject and requires interdisciplinary knowledge! The questions in the competition are all given in English, two each for MCM and ICM. Each participating team can choose one of the four questions and require the contestants to provide solutions in English.
Competition Feature 3: This competition specially invites mathematical modeling experts and English writing experts to comment on each paper to help the participating teams understand their true situation and find gaps.
