There will be no response when clicking this button because the TileMap has not been created. TilePalette needs to be drawn on the TileMap. All theRight-click on the Hierarchy and select 2D Object->TileMap, select any one to createThat’s it, as shown below:

After creating a TileMap in the Hierarchy, the existing TileMap will be automatically displayed in the TilePalette. The lower left corner of the figure below shows the TileMap in the upper right corner, and the Scene interface displays the shape of the TileMap:
