After capturing the packet, I found unknown. Even reinstalling the CA certificate did not work. It turned out that the PC-side certification had just expired. You need to reset the PC and reinstall it.
Step1 Delete the old CA certificate on the phone
Step2 Reset PC’s root certificate
Step3 Reinstall the root certificate on the PC
