After installingCTeX package, the compilation was successful. The CTeX suite still supports Chinese.
Tip: The second method above is required for WinEdt settings.
In addition, using the practical settings of dvipdfm compilation mode, you can generate pdf in one step. Open WinEdt, Options => Excution Modes
