IIS + php KindEditor image upload shows that the directory does not have write permissions

Today, when I was using kindeditor editor, I randomly installed it on the windows + IIS platform. When uploading pictures, it kept prompting that the directory does not have write permissions. This is because the website directory does not have the permissions of the IIS_IUSRS user. Just add this user permissions. That's it
