Antenna installation
The GPS/Beidou satellite signal receiving antenna is an integrated receiving antenna, that is, it uses an antenna receiver (head), an antenna feeder with a length of 30 meters, and the antenna receiver is a passive antenna.
The antenna needs to be installed outdoors/on a terrace/balcony. There should be no obstacles in the field of view of the white mushroom head to avoid interference with the satellite. The antenna does not need to be powered separately and is powered by the feed on the host.
Preparation before equipment installation
Check whether the antenna is complete and whether the connector of the antenna is loose or dropped (if so, please contact the manufacturer in time to discuss replacement)
Check whether the various interfaces of the device are secure, such as network ports, serial ports, grounding posts, etc.;
When the front panel of the device shows that the satellite cannot be received, change the white mushroom head to a few more positions to try the satellite search effect to rule out whether it is an antenna problem or a device problem.
Check whether accessories are complete, such as power cords, antennas, antenna brackets, expansion screws, CDs, serial cables, etc. supplied by the manufacturer.
Preparations before powering on the equipment
Take the instrument out of the packaging box and place it flat on the operating table or cabinet.
Check the power supply and it should comply with the rated requirements, relevant specifications and the provisions of Article 3.3 of this instruction.
Set up the antenna in an open area such as the roof of a building.
Check that the power switch on the rear panel of the machine should be in the off position, and then connect to the power supply after confirmation;
In the case of power outage (shutdown), connect the antenna and output signal cable, etc.;
LCD screen information display after power on
The front panel LCD provides date and time information display to the user. Date and time information includes year, month, day, hour, minute, and second. The time displayed on the front panel LCD screen is Beijing time.
When the machine is powered on (cold start), the display is as follows:
The LCD screen will display "Please wait while searching for satellites...". Adjust the position of the antenna according to the number of satellites and the capture time. It is best to ensure that there are more than 4 visible satellites.
Power supply - if it is always on, it means that the power supply of the device is connected normally; if it is off, the power supply is not connected.
Pulse - flashing indicates that the timing module provides second pulse service, extinguishing indicates that there is no pulse signal
Locked - always on means the satellite is locked and time services are provided, off means there is no valid number of satellites
When the pulse and lock indicators are flashing or always on, the mainboard of the device is operating normally.
After-sales
During the trial operation, Beidou Time Frequency will take full responsibility for the system and all equipment: ensuring that any defects or faults in the system or equipment will be repaired within 24 hours (holidays are no exception); if the defects or faults in the system and equipment are extremely Seriously, the trial operation will be restarted after repair;
The work in the trial operation phase includes: assessing the operating functions, stability and reliability of the equipment and system through open use by users; conducting necessary manual simulation tests;
During the trial operation, Beidou Time Frequency will repair, correct or replace any equipment that does not meet the requirements of the technical specifications;
After the system completes the trial operation, it can enter the project acceptance phase.
