If the corresponding process cannot be found in the task manager, you need to kill the process in the resource monitor
1. win+Q or directly click the search in the lower left corner, search for "resource monitor", enter

2. Click on the CPU and search for "hbuilder" , turn off everything except updater.exe in the search results, and then upgrade again.
