I searched all over Baidu and couldn't find a solution to this problem. It's done now, I hope no one wastes time on this anymore
1.Files->settings->Project:xxx->Python Interpreter
2. Blue Add interpreter
3. As shown in the figure, select xxx/anaconda3/bin/conda according to your own path, and then Load Environments.
4. In the Use existing environment drop-down box, you can select the virtual environment that has been created.
