The 85XX+ is an upgrade to the most successful 85XX model; adding additional features with multiple serial ports, Ethernet ports, scan speeds and alphanumeric display.
Modular and scalable
The 85XX+ features a modular architecture and is scalable, with 5 I/O slots accommodating a mix of analog inputs, open collector outputs or relay outputs to suit different applications in the power, water and infrastructure industries. All field inputs are connected directly to panel terminals via prefabricated cables.
Configuration
The 85XX+ is configured using very user-friendly software; the unit can also be programmed via the front keyboard and monitor. The unit features numerical and alphanumeric displays for numerical values and labels, with alarm/trip and control status shown by discrete LEDs on the front panel.

85XX+ comes standard with one RS485 port. Another RS485 port or Ethernet port is an option to enhance the communication capabilities of the device. It can be used as an RTU, alarm controller or protection device for motors, transformers, etc.
control or alarm
The 8 relay outputs can be freely mapped to any channel setpoint and configured for alarm or trip functionality with fail-safe or normal logic. The 24 OC output can be used as an on/off control output for a single channel, or as a status output for alarm conditions.
