As the name suggests, this plug-in is used to export reports. Simply put, this plug-in can export reports into PPT, merge and export multiple reports, etc.
The plug-in contains 4 functions: preview export, batch export, scheduled export and designer export. Let’s take a look at them separately~
1 Preview export
Added support for exporting corresponding templates to PPT or PPT compatible mode when previewing templates. There are three ways to achieve this:
Method 1: When previewing the cpt or frm template, you can export the document content in the corresponding format by adding parameters at the end of the url:
&op=export&format=ppt (export PPT format file, file suffix is pptx)
&op=epoxrt&format=ppt&pptMode=2003 (Export PPT compatible mode file, the file suffix is ppt)
Method 2: Configure the "PPT" and "PPT Compatibility Mode" options in the "Export" column of the cpt template toolbar.
Method 3: Configure an independent PPT export button in the toolbar.
2 Batch export
The plug-in supports any combination of cpt or frm templates with access rights and configures parameters as a plan, and supports batch export of templates in the plan into files of the same type or merged export into one file.
The specific operations are as follows:
①Select the template to be exported.
②The export method can be selected as "Single" or "Merge".
③ Drag the template to edit the export order of the template.
④Edit template parameters and save the plan.
⑤Supports multiple export formats.
Template export effect:
When the template export method is selected as "Single", a single template is exported as an independent file and saved in a zip file.
When the template export method is selected as "Merge", a combination of multiple templates is exported into one file.
3 Scheduled export
The plug-in adds a "report multi-type export" option for scheduled scheduling. Users can schedule and export the plans they have created; the attachment archiving method for scheduled scheduling adds "PPT, PPT compatible mode, image".
4 Designer export
The plugin supports batch export of templates from the local designer to a file.
The specific operations are as follows:
①Select the frm files you want to merge and export (currently the designer only supports frm template export).
②Support customizing the export order of templates.
③Supports selecting some components in the template for export.
④Supports setting template export size and rich export types.
