Introduce lpc1114

This is the LPC1114, a low-power 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 microcontroller manufactured by NXP Semiconductors with a wide range of peripherals to meet the needs of high-performance applications. It has a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 core that can run at frequencies up to 50MHz, provides a maximum of 64KB of Flash memory and 4KB of SRAM, and supports on-chip peripherals such as ADC, GPIO, I2C, SPI, UART, PWM and USB.
