The Metaverse is a new digital space that integrates virtual reality and maps interaction, created and constructed by comprehensively using virtual reality, digital twins, blockchain, Internet of Things, 5/6G, artificial intelligence and other information technologies. In the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Innovation and Development of the Metaverse Industry (2023-2025)", the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other departments jointly proposed five major tasks: "Building advanced Metaverse technology and industrial systems", "Cultivation of three-dimensional interactive industries" Metaverse", "Creating immersive and interactive digital life applications", "Building systematic and complete industrial support", "Building a safe and trustworthy industrial governance system" to strengthen key technology integration innovation, enrich Metaverse product supply, build a collaborative development industrial ecology and Dozens of specific measures, including exploring and promoting the cosmic transformation of key industrial processes, have further clarified and refined the directions of their respective efforts.

According to the proposed policy of the Prime Minister, it can be seen that for the first time, guidance has been given from the national level on the supporting technology, industrial applications, standardized governance, and the development of software and hardware of the Metaverse industry, and corresponding development guarantee measures have been proposed, which is expected to promote the Metaverse industry Accelerating development has become an important driving force for the development of my country's digital economy.
