Apple and Google jointly submitted a proposed industry specification in May to help combat the misuse of Bluetooth location-tracking devices for unwanted tracking. This first-of-its-kind specification will allow Bluetooth location tracking devices to be compatible with tracking detection and alerts across iOS and Android platforms. Major tracker brands including Samsung, Tile, Chipolo, eufy Security and Pebblebee have expressed support for the draft specification.

Since Apple released AirTag, everyone has paid more attention to preventing items from being lost. Apple's Find My can search for iPhone, Mac, AirPods, and Apple Watch. Today's Find My can not only search for Apple devices, but also with the use of third-party devices. Joining will enrich the territory of Find My Network. The product and Find My can realize the function of intelligent anti-lost.

Harmful tracking detection function: This function notifies users of accessories that may not be recognized normally, and also tracks the location information of such accessories over time.

Lost mode setting number: Supports setting specific devices or accessories into lost mode through this network, and you can also set a reserved number for someone to contact you if they find it.

Discover the location of lost devices: When a user loses a device, it can be marked as lost mode, and then the device information will be spread to each other in the Bluetooth network. Finally, when a user's Bluetooth detects the lost item, its approximate location will be transmitted back to the original lost user to help the user quickly find the device.

Control the device to play sounds: You can remotely initiate sound playback to help users find accessories. This action supports both accessory owners and non-owners. After finding the approximate location of the accessory, the user can ask the owner's iOS device to make a sound reminder, and the owner can cancel the reminder to find the device, etc.

In the future, Find My will form an independent network, and the addition of third-party equipment will enrich the territory of Find My Network. Find My Network will provide third-party interfaces to provide better services. User privacy will not be violated. In addition to the user, neither Apple nor third parties will know the specific location of the phone. Apple's Find My technology uses the Bluetooth wireless signal of Apple devices to create a network of devices to find lost items, and they will work with third-party companies to create Find My Network anti-loss products.
