1. Log in to the official website : Douyin Open Platform
2. Enter your email address, check the agreement, and click Next
3. Set the account password and fill in the email verification code
4. Select the Douyin open platform and click OK to automatically jump to the next page.
5. Click on the carousel image on the homepage to quickly jump to the information filling page. You can also directly enter the following link to fill in the information: https://developer.open-douyin.com/apply?enter_settlein_mode=banner
6. Fill in the basic information of the settlement information
Step 1: Fill in the qualification certification form. Since I have already applied for a Douyin enterprise account before, I chose "Yes"
Step 2: Fill in the basic information
Step 3: Fill in the operator information and click Submit
7. Wait for platform review (as long as the information in the previous step is accurate and click submit, it will pass the platform review in basically seconds)
8. Public certification (choose 1 out of 4, I chose legal person certification)
Step 1: Select the legal representative/operator and conduct facial recognition verification
Step 2: Fill in the legal person ID number, check the agreement, and click Next 
Step 3: Legal person uses Alipay to scan the QR code for authentication
Step 4: Certification successful
