Go back to the workbench first
Click on Knowledge Base
Create a new knowledge base
Select the knowledge base template, usually choose blank
Enter the knowledge base information and create
The knowledge base is also managed with permissions and collaborators can be added.
The knowledge base management interface allows you to create new documents and folders, upload files, and supports batch uploading.
