Share a code for monitoring log txt document written in Python

Requirements for monitoring log files

For some special reasons, I wanted to always see the last line of the .log printed, so I wrote some code to monitor the log.

(There is a strange requirement, that is, the log will be added continuously due to repeated startups, not the same log)
