Explanation:
<dependencyManagement> Tag:
The dependencyManagement element in Maven provides a way to manage dependency version numbers. Declaring the version number and other information of the dependent jar package in the dependencyManagement element, then all sub-projects do not need to explicitly list the version number when introducing this dependent jar package again. Maven will look up the parent-child hierarchy for projects that have a dependencyManagement element, and then use the version number it specifies.

Everything in the parent tag in the submodule is set to that of the parent module.
