The first step, as can be seen from the gif picture, is to first add two moving entities ( explained in cesium entity and timeline association (adding motion trajectories) )

The second step is to add a cone and modify the orientation of the cone to represent the integrated illumination effect. Modify the orientation by changing the entity's orientation, position and length in the cylinder.

The third step is to reprogram the gl cone pattern
