Based on the current price of ETH of $1,850, this amount is equivalent to approximately $4.6 million (more than 30 million RMB).

Look at that address starting with the word DEAD. This kind of address where no one has the private key is called a black hole address, a dead address, or a dead wallet.
Another dead address, 0x00000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD, has a larger balance, up to 12,601 ETH ($23 million, 160 million RMB).
In fact, the first black hole address not only contained 2,500 ETH that were destroyed, but also SHIB, which was nearly half of the total circulation, with a current value of approximately US$4 billion (30 billion RMB).
