Brothers, since Baidu released the "Explanation of Baidu Search Violations and Low-Quality Pages" in September, the Baidu Resource Webmaster Platform has been deleting websites for several days.

Whether it is collection sites, AI sites, vertical sites, or forum communities, almost all of them are judged to be low-quality websites, but the specific proportion is unclear.

However, in major WeChat groups and forums, including Lu Songsong himself, many webmasters have received feedback that his website has been deleted by Baidu. Some people say that Baidu's large-scale deletion of websites indicates that Baidu will take the "account" of Douyin. ” route that replaces “stop”.

I took a look at my own Lu Songsong blog, and it was also listed as a low-quality site by Baidu and could not be added to the Baidu Resource Webmaster Platform.

From the current point of view, Baidu's cleanup of low-quality websites is still ongoing, and some webmasters have suffered losses, but it is still unclear how big the impact will be. However, judging from the current feedback: the market response is much smaller than before, and there are very few people mentioning it on Weibo and other platforms, including me. If someone hadn't given me feedback, I wouldn't have known about it.

Maybe Baidu thinks this way:

(1) First, clean up all websites on the Baidu Resource Webmaster Platform.

(2) Later, the webmaster will be asked to actively apply to join, but this time the re-joining review will be stricter.

(3) Long-term pain is worse than short-term pain. Take this opportunity to complete a major change of high-quality sites.

But one thing is certain: for websites whose backend permissions have been deleted from Baidu Resource Platform, webmasters can carefully check whether there are any violations on the website, and make timely rectifications and optimizations. In short, search engine adjustments and optimizations are the norm, and webmasters need to continue to pay attention and adapt to changes or transformations.
