1. First completely uninstall MySQL.
If the installation has failed, this step must be done (if you have not installed it before, it is not necessary, just skip to the second step). You must first completely uninstall MySQL. You can refer to this blog: Portal
2. Create a new user for the computer.
According to my error summary, the reason why I recommend this is because the user file name in the user directory of the C drive originally reported an error in Chinese. Most blogs say to directly modify the file name and then modify the registry. But this method will first encounter a problem: some of the environment variables configured by this user must be modified, and it will be very troublesome to modify them one by one. Secondly, I found that many people have modified them according to this method. In the comment area, more than 70% of people said that when they opened their computer, there was no software at all, or the start menu bar was invalid, unable to be clicked, etc., and other problems.
So I thought of a very safe way: create a new user for some computers . This will not destroy the existing data, and there are other methods that are fast, useful and safe.

3. Log in to the newly created user and reinstall MySQL.
Here are the steps to install MySQL. The installation steps for different versions are similar. If there are different steps, just follow the default options. Just follow the same steps. MySQL installation steps
Note: The MySQL installation I gave requires configuring system environment variables (note: these are system environment variables, not user environment variables). How to configure them will be given later in the installation steps, but if your Mysql version is very high , there is no need for manual configuration. For example, MySQL8.0 version will automatically configure system environment variables. Before configuring, it is best to check whether it has been automatically configured.
4. Switch back to the old user account.
In fact, this problem has been completely solved so far, and MySQL can be used normally even under users with Chinese names.
