If you want to set printing restrictions on PDF files, it is actually very simple, that is, to set restrictions on editing PDF files
Open the PDF editor, click File-Properties-Security-Password Protection in the toolbar
Then check the permission password, enter the PDF password in the input box, there is a printing permission at the bottom, here we can set printing restrictions, we can choose to prohibit printing or choose low-resolution printing.
After the editing restriction is set, the protection of the PDF file will take effect, and the print button is gray or the resolution of the printed file is low. When we want to cancel the printing restriction, the operation is the same as when setting the restriction above. After entering the PDF password, open the security interface and cancel the permission password. The PDF password is very important. After you set the password, you must remember the password. If you forget the password, you can use tools, such as Okayfon PDF Decryption Master, to remove the restriction function and help us delete the restricted editing of PDF files.
