The gas meter is in the closed state, possible causes and solutions (turn)

Reposted from : How to open the gas meter valve when it is closed

Yesterday, I suddenly found that the water heater was out of hot water. After investigation, I found that the gas meter was in a closed state. I searched the Internet for possible reasons:

1. Long-term non-use of gas: long-term non-use of gas causes the valve to close, you can take out the battery in the gas meter, wait about 10 minutes before installing the battery back, and the automatic valve of the gas meter will open.
2. Insufficient gas battery power: the valve is closed due to insufficient power. After replacing the gas meter battery, long press the gas meter button to open the valve. (This is the reason in my case)
3. Insufficient gas meter balance: The gas valve is closed due to insufficient gas meter balance. If the gas company supports online recharge, you can directly recharge with your mobile phone, otherwise you may need to recharge offline Purchase natural gas, and then insert the gas card into the gas meter card slot (if it is a gas meter that does not require a gas card, press and hold the 5s button), and the gas meter valve can be opened.
