Some users reported that after the EasyGBS was migrated to the server, it failed to start, so they asked us to assist in troubleshooting. According to the user's description, after the migration server starts the EasyGBS service, no process is found in the ps process, and the system cannot run normally.
1) First use the process to start to check, and see the error report of printing the local mysql database, prompting "connection refused";
2) Log in to the local database to check whether the link is normal;
3) Unable to log in to the local database through the command, and found that the running status of the database is closed;
4) Start the mysql database and run EaysGBS again to check whether it is running normally;
5) After enabling the local database, the EasyGBS program has resumed normal operation;
6) When migrating servers, you need to pay attention to whether the software uses the default database or mysql, and make data backups in advance;
7) After the mysql database of the above user is deployed in the environment, the service is running normally.
With the gradual unification and standardization of security market standards, the application of EasyGBS in actual projects is becoming more and more extensive.
