Psychology is a science that studies human psychological phenomena and the mental functions and behavioral activities affected by them. Neurobiological engineering integrates engineering technology and neuroscience, from molecules, cells, neural networks to cognition and behavior. to study the structure and working mechanism of the nervous system. This forum combines psychology and neurobiological engineering for the first time in the world, and is the first to propose the concept of interdisciplinary psychology and neurobiological engineering. Provide a new communication platform for researchers in different research fields such as psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and bioengineering to share cutting-edge research results and future development directions, and promote the integration and development of psychology and neurobiological engineering.

| 1) EI conference papers (full text submission) |
| All papers submitted to CME2023 must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After strict review, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE. After publication, the publisher will submit it to IEEE Xplore, EI, and Scopus for retrieval. . Experts and scholars, scientific researchers, university teachers and students engaged in relevant majors are welcome to submit papers. People from all walks of life who have no papers but are interested in the conference are also welcome to attend the conference.

Instructions for submission :
1. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. Authors who publish papers need to submit the full text for peer review, and authors who only make reports but do not publish papers only need to submit abstracts.
2. Authors can check for plagiarism at their own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query systems. The article plagiarism check rate must be below 30%. Otherwise, the author will be responsible for rejection due to article duplication rate. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be posted on the conference homepage.
3. The paper must be formatted according to the conference paper template and shall not be less than 4 pages. If you need Chinese manuscript translation services, you can pay for translation through the platform: Paper Translation.
4. Accepted and registered papers must be read out at the conference site before they can be published; papers that have been registered but not attended and read out at the conference will not be published and the registration fee will not be refunded!
Note: If an accepted and registered paper needs to be withdrawn due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be deducted.
Organized sessions
The CME 2023 organizing committee encourages scholars to organize their own sub-sessions (Organized Sessions) around a certain theme.
Instructions for thematic sub-meetings:
1. The organizer needs to submit the proposed sub-session theme, organizer's name, organizational purpose and other information to the conference organizing committee email (see official website) for review before October 20, 2023 (information filling template CME2023-Session Request Please see the official website for Form download);
2. The organizing committee will notify the organizer of the review results within 15 days and add the approved sub-conference topics to the submission system;
3. Each theme sub-conference requires 4 to 6 contributors. The submission form can be "full text submission" or "abstract submission".
How to participate
1. Author participation: One author of an accepted article is allowed to attend the conference for free;
2. Guest speaker: Application for keynote speech will be reviewed by the organizing committee;
3. Oral speech: Apply for an oral report, the time is 15 minutes;
4. Poster display: Apply for poster display, A1 size, color printing; download the poster template from the official website.
5. Audience participation: You can only attend the conference without submitting papers, but you can also apply for speeches and presentations.
