Tianshan in August is colorful; Hotan in early autumn is charming and warm. Sponsored by the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Front Headquarters of Tianjin's Counterpart Support for Xinjiang Work, and the Central Academy of Painting of the Chinese Revolutionary League; the Tianjin Painting Academy of the Chinese Revolutionary Revolution, the Youth League Committee of Hotan District, the Federation of Trade Unions of Hotan District, the Bureau of Culture and Tourism of Hotan District, and Yutian County of the Communist Party of China Co-organized by the Committee and the People's Government of Yutian County; hosted by the Hotan Regional Cultural Center and the Hotan Regional Museum, "Cultural Runjiang Brush and Ink Hetian-Hanbi Province Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" will be held on August 20, 2023 at the Hotan Regional Museum for 10 days. At the same time, Zheng Jianbang, vice chairman of the National People's Congress and chairman of the Central Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee, specially wrote an inscription for the exhibition: "Love for Morun Hetian in Xinjiang".

More than a hundred guests and calligraphy and painting lovers from all over the country gathered at the Hotan Regional Museum.
Over the years, the governments of Tianjin and Hotan have made outstanding achievements in continuously innovating their work ideas, increasing investment in cultural industries, improving high-quality literary and artistic creations, and developing cultural exchanges. As one of the cultural exchange projects jointly established by Tianjin and Hotan, this art exhibition has received great attention and support from the leaders of Tianjin and Hotan, as well as the great help of relevant departments, from the project establishment, preparation to the upcoming launch. It really reflects that cultural identity is the deepest level of identity, the root of national unity and the soul of national harmony, and Chinese civilization is the root of all national cultures.
Han Bisheng is a member of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Central Committee of the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee, the vice president of the Central Academy of Painting of the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee, and the president of the Tianjin Chinese Revolutionary Academy of Painting. He has been engaged in painting and calligraphy for decades, and is an accomplished young and middle-aged artist. Over the years, with the consciousness and responsibility of literary and art workers, we have strengthened our cultural self-confidence, kept pace with the times, and committed ourselves to the persistence and inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
The more than 70 works exhibited this time include both large-scale masterpieces and landscape sketches; both traditional techniques and artistic innovations. The delicacy of fine brushwork, the open-mindedness of landscape, the interest of flowers and birds, and the timelessness of calligraphy highlight the rich Chinese culture and full of family and country feelings. The new paintings and calligraphy specially created for this exhibition are refreshing.
