The WasmEdge team will be presenting at the conference around the WebAssembly (Wasm) developer experience and tooling for cloud-native applications.
- Develop and manage Wasm applications using Docker CLI, Docker Desktop, and Docker Compose.
- Create database-based microservices in Wasm using popular Rust and JavaScript libraries such as tokio, hyper, reqwest, mysql-async, and node.js.
- Create AI inference applications and microservices in Wasm using PyTorch, Tensorflow, or OpenVINO.
- Create and deploy Wasm-based microservices in Dapr using WasmEdge's Dapr SDK.

The WasmEdge team's first talk was at Cloud Native Wasm Day, on Building, Sharing, and Running WebAssembly Applications Using the Docker Toolchain , with Chris Crone, Director of Engineering at Docker.

The next two shares revolve around the collaboration between Dapr and WasmEdge. Our goal is to run Dapr-enabled microservices in WasmEdge's high-performance secure sandbox. The goal is to replace containers with Wasm in Dapr microservice applications.
Michael Yuan will be speaking at DaprCon Community Day about the new dapr-wasi-sdk , the WasmEdge SDK for Dapr . dapr-wasi-sdk is compiled to Wasm and runs in WasmEdge Runtime. Rust-based microservices in WasmEdge can easily interact with Dapr API and sidecar services using dapr-wasi-sdk. If you are researching and developing lightweight microservices, please don't miss it.
