Three ways to start mysql under Mac

Find mysql in the system settings to start mysql

Use the following command to start mysql
sudo sudo /usr/local/mysql-5.7.31-macos10.14-x86_64/support-files/mysql.server

If you have made a global configuration, you can use the following command
sudo mysql.server start

The first password is the computer password
and the second password is the mysql password
