These microcontrollers are highly integrated and based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 64MHz. The device includes a memory protection unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memory, DMA, and various system functions, enhanced I/O, and peripherals. The device operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and operates from a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V.
