Enter the registry to edit, win+r to run, enter regedit to enter the registry, find the folder \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wuauserv
Right-click the wuauserv folder, click Permissions, Advanced
Click Change, change the owner from SYSTEMG to Administrators,
then confirm, go back to everyone, and check Full Control.
