Android Studio System.out.println() Chinese garbled characters

first step:

Open studio64.exe.vmoptions to join

-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8

 Step two:

File-Settings-Editor-File Encodings Change all encoding formats to UTF-8

 Try to run the code, if it doesn't work, restart the IDE and try again.
