Notes on PPT making --- Turn off spell check and add branches to smart graphics

Turn off spell check

1. Click the Customize Toolbar button on the toolbar and select other commands

 2. Select the proofreading menu on the left, cancel the spelling check when typing

Smart graphics add branches

 First we add a smart shape

Click the small arrow on the left side of the smart graph to open the text editing page, where you can modify the text of each node

 

Select the node we need to add a branch to, right-click, and click Add Shape to add the branch we want

 Select the change color of the menu bar to switch the style
