Ubuntu18.04 (NVIDIA) uses a network cable to connect to the Huawei router XD10 and cannot ping the problem troubleshooting and easy solution

foreword

Network topology: The Huawei router is connected to the network port of the Nvidia main controller (the network port is USB to Ethernet).
After setting the network parameters (192.168.1.4 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1) using the Network visualization tool, the gateway can be pinged, but the ping cannot WIFI through laptop (192.168.1.105, 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1)

Troubleshooting

  1. The main controller of Nvidia has a wireless module of the client. After setting the DHCP, the obtained WIFI parameters are 192.168.1.103 255.255.255.0. It
can ping 192.168.1.4, but cannot ping 192.168.1.105
  2. Enter 192.168.1.1 on the laptop to log in to the router management interface, and you can find the Nvidia wireless network card device, but you still cannot PING the IP of the Nvidia wireless module.
  3. Re-configure the network, and bind the name to the mac address during configuration, that is, bind eth0 to the corresponding mac address
  4. After the configuration is complete, Network Login will pop up automatically, and you will enter the router management interface. After the input is successful, it will display success and you can ping.

The possible reason is that the router needs to do a directional authentication

Remarks: Due to the lack of disk space in the early stage, a relatively large disk crop was made for the browser, and the interactive software was cropped.
