TitanIDE: Environment Installation and Deployment Tutorial

With the rapid growth of market demand and continuous development of technology, cloud native is not only a technology, but also an idea. It promotes the transformation of application design and delivery through containerization, micro-service, automation and other technical means, making the development, testing, deployment and management of applications more efficient and flexible.

With the gradual increase of partners paying attention to cloud-native products in the market, many new partners have recently paid attention to our products. New partners asked us questions: Can TitanIDE be used for quick trials? Try the product first before deciding whether to let the team use it on a large scale.

Because many products will go through very complicated installation steps, and also after a long wait, sometimes the completion of the installation does not necessarily mean that it can be used. And TitanIDE pays great attention to the user experience. Our installation script has been processed and tested countless times, and it can already meet everyone's requirements. The minimalist steps are quick to use, and there is no need to execute the installation script and Liunx command multiple times; in the true sense, it realizes one-click Installed, ready to use right out of the box.

Let me introduce the specific installation steps for you:

1. First, you need to prepare a server; the server needs to be installed with CentOS 7.5 or above / Ubuntu 18.04 or above, and the minimum configuration only needs 4-core CPU, 8 G memory, and 200 G disk. The /var/lib directory has 80 G of free disk space.

2. Use the root user to execute the installation command after the terminal is connected to the server (we support amd64 and arm64):

Linux amd64

wget -qO - https://titanide.oss-cn-shenzhen.aliyuncs.com/release/v2.6.4/titanide-linux-amd64 | bash -s titanide install --single

Linux arm64

wget -qO - https://titanide.oss-cn-shenzhen.aliyuncs.com/release/v2.6.4/titanide-linux-arm64 | bash -s titanide install --single

3. After the installation is complete, you will be prompted that it has been successful. At this time, you need to use the administrator to open the ①hosts file address, add the ②ip address into it, use the browser to open the link in ③, and log in with the default administrator account in ④ to access and log in.

The above is all completed, and you can use it with your team members first to start your TitanIDE journey.
