Method 1: Close the program
First, open the task manager, click the disk usage column to sort, and view the applications with the highest disk usage. If the third-party program with the highest usage rate is always the same, you can try to uninstall it. Note: Due to frequent reading and writing of the disk during startup, the disk usage rate will be very high. After the boot is complete, the disk usage rate will gradually decrease.
Method 2: Modify the registry
Press the Win key + R key at the same time, enter regedit, and click OK.
Find HKEY_LOACAL_MACHINE in the registry and expand it.
Then find SOFTWARE-Microslft-Dfrg, BootOptinizeFunction, and find OptimizeComplete, double-click it.
In the pop-up dialog box, change the value of OptimizeComplete to "no"
and then close the registry, and then check the disk usage after restarting;
Method 3: System upgrade update problem
Is there any freeze or disk usage increase after the system version upgrade? If so, and methods such as closing the homegroup and modifying the registry are invalid, you can return to the previous version. If there is a freeze after installing some Windows update files, you can try to delete the recently installed Windows update.
Method 4: System Upgrade
If the system has not been upgraded, you can check the system update in the settings and try to update the system.
