The SCS-721 standard has five characteristics of "regulatory, controllable, anchorable, queryable, and manageable" .

Developers or enterprises need to complete real-name authentication on the "Strait Chain" portal before they can submit smart contracts on the "Strait Chain". Developers can set the number of transfers of digital collections in the SCS-721 smart contract, so as to limit the secondary transaction or transfer of digital collections at the smart contract level. 3. Can be anchored
The digital collection metadata of "Strait Chain" is stored in the self-developed "licensed IPFS network". In the future, "Straits Chain" will open the function of creating and managing private keys independently to some invited users.
