The background plugin needs to be installed

After the installation is complete, open the settings and search for background

Then you can set the picture, transparency, etc. in the json file

Idea

Open File -> Settings

 Then find Appearance, slide down, find BackGround Image, click

 Then a pop-up window for background settings will pop up
