Integration of Swagger in SpringBoot (the page cannot be displayed)

Problem: After configuring Swagger, visiting http://localhost:8080/swagger-ui.html does not display the page

Reason: Swagger version is too high

I tried to lower the springboot version to 2.2.6.RELEASE, but it still didn’t work, and then I lowered the Swagger version from 3.0 to 2.9.2 to be able to access it, and then I restored the springboot version, and it was still accessible, and finally concluded that the Swagger version can’t be too high

1. Add dependencies
