The resulting locale: LC_ALL= is always empty

 Until one day I found out that I can export LC ALL="zh CN.UTF-8" in /etc/profile

Then soure /etc/profile and then locale found:

 

 This LC_ALL=zh_CN.UTF-8 is not there! ! ! problem solved!
