The files on the desktop or documents cannot be compressed or copied or pasted. It may be because iCloud synchronizes the desktop and documents. My solution is as follows.

1. First open the iCloud management interface, click on the iCloud cloud disk interface

 2. Click Options

3. Turn off the desktop and document folder, and then turn it on again (you may be prompted that all desktop files will be deleted after the synchronization is turned off, it doesn’t matter here, the desktop files will come back after reopening).
