To update to the latest Google Chrome, type in the browser
chrome://flags/#enable-accessibility-live-caption
Or chrome://flagssearch for captions, select captions asenabled
Restart Google Chrome
Open click 菜单-设置-可访问性to Live Captionsopen
Or 菜单-设置search live captionsto find captions, it will Live Captionsopen
The subtitles are embedded as follows,
