1. ffmpeg command help document
Query basic information of ffmpeg:
ffmpeg -h
Query ffmpeg advanced information:
ffmpeg -h long
Query all information of ffmpeg:
ffmpeg -h full
The relationship between the three kinds of help information: all information contains advanced information, and advanced information contains basic information;
1. FFmpeg command help basic information
Output ffmpeg basic information to a file: To output information to a file, use the > symbol followed by the file name, and the information will be output to the directory corresponding to the file name;
ffmpeg -h > ffmpeg_h.txt
Execute the above command in the "D:\ffmpeg" directory, and the ffmpeg_h.txt file is generated in this directory;
The output in the ffmpeg_h.txt file is as follows:
Hyper fast Audio and Video encoder
usage: ffmpeg [options] [[infile options] -i infile]... {[outfile options] outfile}...
Getting help:
-h -- print basic options
-h long -- print more options
-h full -- print all options (including all format and codec specific options, very long)
-h type=name -- print all options for the named decoder/encoder/demuxer/muxer/filter/bsf/protocol
See man ffmpeg for detailed description of the options.
