Who was taken advantage of, the mouse and keyboard suddenly stopped working on the laptop, oh, it turned out to be me (555555555).
Bankers, the thing is like this, because I uninstalled 360, downloaded other anti-virus software (Kaspersky), and when I used it to scan the computer today, after the scan was completed and restarted, the mouse and keyboard could not be used!
Oh my god, what should I do? After searching the Internet for a long time, I tried many methods and finally got it right. Now I will share my solution with you.
ps/2 standard keyboard with yellow exclamation mark && hid-compliant mouse driver with yellow exclamation mark
1. First of all, my situation is that the mouse can still be used by touching the mouse, so I called up the on-screen keyboard of the computer and entered the password to enter the computer.
On-screen keyboard location:
Go to Computer Settings-->Easy Application-->Interaction-->Apply On-Screen Keyboard
2. Right-click the computer --> Manage --> Device Manager --> Keyboard | Mouse and other pointing devices
Originally there was a yellow exclamation mark in the red box
Then: right-click PS/2 standard keyboard --> properties --> detailed information --> switch to the driver keyword (mouse is the same) remember the position in the red box
3. Search the registry with the magnifying glass in the lower left corner --> enter [HEKY_LOCAL_MACHINE-->SYSTEM--> CurrentControlSet --> Control --> the driver keyword in the red box just now]
Keyboard: Delete UpperFilters, the value you see is not my kbdclass, restart the computer after deletion, come here again, add the value UpperFilters -- kbdclass in the red box below.
Mouse: Delete UpperFilters, restart the computer, and add the value of the second picture below, UpperFilters -- mouclass.
The above is the solution, bankers, don’t kill viruses indiscriminately in the future! Whoooo!
