(1) Using hwclock --hctosys to adjust the system clock to be consistent with the hardware clock does not take effect

(2) Use date -s to modify the system time unsuccessfully

 Solution:

timedatectl set-ntp false

Disable the Network Time Synchronization ( NTP ) service
