I know that my biggest disadvantage is that I am too old, but after thinking twice, I decided to take this path because of several reasons:

Software testing is the easiest career in IT-related industries to get started

As long as you are not doing pension work and you have made significant technological progress every year, you will have absolutely no problem finding a good job. But I would like to advise those in their 30s who want to change careers as testers, if you are not a thick-skinned person like me, you must be cautious!
