It is difficult to decrypt the PDF without knowing the PDF password, but we can use the printing function to reprint the document into a PDF file!
Note that "microsoft print to pdf" should be selected here. Usually, if we choose a printer, it will be printed out in the form of paper, but if this option is selected, it will directly generate a pdf.
After clicking OK, wait for a while, and you will find that the generated pdf can be edited!
The brush tool can be used normally!
