It is said to download the latest, but I always thought it was downloaded from the official website ( http://ictclas.nlpir.org/ ).
BUT, it won't work if you replace it. At one point, I was in that latest place and found a novel URL address: http://t.cn/RUi3lQS
So, click in and find that this is the address that NLPIR has been maintaining——GITHUB: https://github.com/NLPIR-team/NLPIR
Below, there is a liscense directory, as shown in the figure below, replace the relevant authorization in it with the one below the project, and I am so happy that it finally works.
