In the past, our software development was basically based on order-response development, which is a typical business-driven manual workshop model. Luo Keguang, Director of Pan-Smart Screen Product Project Department of TCL Electronics Holdings Co., Ltd. In 2010, he graduated from Central South University with a major in computer science and technology. He is currently studying for an MBA major in Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He has been engaged in software-related work for many years. Currently working in TCL Software Engineering Center, as a development engineer, he has worked in application, middleware, system, back-end and other development positions. In 2019, he became the director of the China Software Institute. This department is mainly responsible for the development and maintenance of TV machine software in China, and delivers software products for production and upgrades. In 2021, he will be the director of Pan-Smart Screen Product Project Department on a rotation basis, and will be fully responsible for the project delivery of global smart-screen complete machine software. In 2022, TCL's global shipments of smart screens will exceed 23.78 million units, ranking second in the world in terms of market share. Last year, he was dispatched to the United States to lead the planning and build a localized software R&D team, get close contact with Silicon Valley, and conduct in-depth cooperation with Google in the Bay Area on joint development of TV product system customization. As a software person, software development, project management, scaled agility, etc. are all the directions I have devoted my life to.
