Pycharm sets the window of the graph drawn using matplotlib to be independent

1. Open File->Settings

2. Settings->Tool->Python Scientific

4. Click ok or Apply. The effect is as follows

        Click and hold the mouse to move the graph

        You can zoom in on the image you want to view
