When Arduino 2.1.0 started to be used, the mouse can be placed on it to be smart, and Ctl+click can also jump to the definition, but after I changed the "Project Folder Address" in the "Preferences", the "Smart Prompt" and "Jump to Definition" were invalid.

The solution is to change the "Project Folder Address" back to the default ( c:\Users\27928\Documents\Arduino\ ) as shown below:
